No Priority Pass Restaurants for New Capital One Venture X Business Cardholders
Just over a month ago we learned that The Ritz-Carltonâ„¢ Credit Card from J.P. Morgan and the J.P. Morgan Reserve card will soon lose access to restaurants, markets and other non-lounge locations through their Priority Pass Select membership.
Now another card seems to have made that change, the Capital One Venture X Business credit card. It’s not clear when the Venture X Business card dropped Priority Pass restaurants since there was no official announcement. But the card switched from World Elite Mastercard to Visa late last month, so that is likely the reason. The personal Venture X card which is a Visa, doesn’t have Priority Pass restaurants either.
On the other hand, the Mastercard Venture X Business Card still have Priority Pass restaurants for now. Those cardholders seem to be grandfathered in, and hopefully Capital One will not force them to convert to the new Visa version.
