Now Offers Complimentary Calm App Membership
Update: Calm and American Express have extended this exclusive offer to eligible Card Members through December 31, 2020. To redeem the offer, you must visit calm.com/americanexpress and sign up for a new Calm account or sign in to your existing Calm account and subscribe to Calm Premium using your Card to verify your eligibility by December 31, 2020 at 11:59PM ET and you will receive a complimentary year of Calm Premium (currently $69.99 USD).
Building off the variety of new, limited-time offers, services and solutions American Express introduced on May 1, all American Express U.S. Consumer and Corporate Card Members will now have complimentary access to a one year Premium membership with Calm, the sleep and meditation app, and half off the following year, if they are not currently Premium subscribers.

This is the first time Calm has made a one-year Premium membership available at no cost. Card Members can visit Calm.com/Amex to enroll in the new offer through September 30, 2020. International Consumer Card Members will also soon have access to this offer with Calm.
Along with a renewed focus on healthy eating, demand for products that support immunity, sleep and stress reduction is on the rise. People continue to look to the indoors and virtual spaces for their wellness needs, as gyms and parks remain closed – driving an increase in usage of virtual workouts and mediation apps and services. At the beginning of March alone, average weekly hours spent on health, fitness and medical apps increased by 30%.
