Chase Ink Cash & Unlimited 100K Bonus Starts June 15

If you’ve been waiting to apply for a Chase Ink business card, it might be worth holding off for a few more days. According to a memo that was shared by Doctor of Credit, Chase will launch elevated 100,000-point welcome bonuses on both the Ink Business Cash and Ink Business Unlimited cards beginning June 15 (June 14 in-branch at locations that are open on Sunday).

These cards are already among the most popular business credit cards thanks to having no annual fee and ability to earn valuable Ultimate Rewards points. Let’s see the details of these new offers.

Guru’s Wrap-up

The Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited have periodically offered elevated bonuses in the past. But a 100,000-point bonus on a no-annual-fee card is about as good as it gets.

If you’re eligible and can meet the spending requirement, this is probably an offer worth waiting for before submitting an application. Keep in mind that Chase business cards are generally subject to the bank’s 5/24 rule. So approval can be more difficult if you’ve opened several credit cards recently.

At a minimum, you can redeem 100,000 Ultimate Rewards points for $1,000 cash back. If paired with a premium Ultimate Rewards card such as the Chase Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, or Ink Business Preferred, those points can potentially be worth much more through travel transfers and redemptions. However, today we learned the transfer ratio to Hyatt will be cut to 4:3 unless you have a Sapphire Reserve card.

On the same day, Chase is also expected to launch a 200,000 points bonus for the Sapphire Reserve for Business card. An increased offer is also likely for the Sapphire Preferred card as well as that card is being refreshed
