Amex Launches New Workspace Benefit

Today, American Express announced a new benefit on the U.S. Business Platinum® and Corporate Platinum Cards with ZO by Tishman Speyer. ZO is Tishman Speyer’s amenity network, offering access to premium spaces, services and experiences, including:

• ZO Clubhouses, hospitality-driven spaces designed to work, connect, and recharge

• Studio, Tishman Speyer’s network of professional workspaces offering coworking, meeting, and event spaces

Beginning this Thursday October 22, eligible Card Members will receive a complimentary American Express® ZO Membership from Tishman Speyer with no increase to their annual fee. Card Members will be able to access 20+ ZO Clubhouse or Studio spaces across six major U.S. cities: New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. This benefit marks the first time Tishman Speyer is opening its ZO spaces to customers beyond its own tenants.

Benefits include:

• Unlimited access to ZO Clubhouse spaces, plus 4 guest day passes at Clubhouses per week 

• 4 complimentary day passes per month to U.S. Studio locations

• Up to $500 in statement credits per eligible Card Account each calendar year toward event space bookings at ZO or Studio locations and/or the purchase of a Dining Club membership when they use their eligible American Express Card

• An exclusive ZO site/app experience for Card Members, featuring all participating spaces, links to their respective websites, and guidance on how to earn up to $500 in statement credits each calendar year

• Enrollment in the benefit is not required. Card Members can activate their ZO Membership online or through the ZO app in advance of their visit. Studio visits must be reserved in advance through the ZO App or online
