A grand jury has indicted two men, one from Ocean County, New Jersey, and the other from Utah, with carrying out a fraudulent scheme to obtain credit cards in the names of third parties, make purchases on the cards to generate rewards points, monetize the points, and cancel the purchases.

Building off the variety of new, limited-time offers, services and solutions American Express introduced on May 1, all American Express U.S. Consumer and Corporate Card Members will now have complimentary access to a one year Premium membership with Calm, the sleep and meditation app, and half off the following year, if they are not currently Premium subscribers.
American Express has also confirmed on Twitter that there is indeed a new Amex 4 credit card limit. This does not include charge cards, which have a separate limit of 10.

American Express is telling customers that there is a $25 fee to reinstate a closed credit card. Additionally, a decision to reopen the card would be subject to approval and it would take up to 10 business days.
Amazon is offering select customers a $10 Promotional credit for adding an American Express Card to their Amazon accounts.
