I’m not sure if any of you have tried it yet, but you can load your REDcard even at targets that do not sell them. If you don’t already have a REDcard, then it might be time to go to Target and buy one, if your target carries them. I bought mine while on a road trip and I loaded it in Brooklyn and Queens this January. You can do this at cashiers or at customer service. Read more about the card here before you sign up, but remember that you can not get the REDcard if you have Serve or Bluebird. It has a limit of 5K per month and 2.5K per day.
