Motley Fool Amex Offer: Spend $499, Get $150 Back
Check your American Express credit cards for a new offer that can save you $150 on a subscription of $499 or more at The Motley Fool. You can find this offer in your Amex consumer and business credit cards. Check out the details of the offer below.
Get a one-time $150 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single subscription-based purchase of $499+ online at fool.com/amex by 4/4/2022.
- Offer valid only on US website or at Fool.com/amex.
- Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
- Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 4/4/2022 provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
- The Motley Fool Terms and Conditions currently provide that unless you notify The Motley Fool that you want to cancel, or that you do not want to auto renew, your subscription or membership fee will automatically renew for another subscription period (subject to applicable law) of equal length (for example, monthly, or annually). This means that The Motley Fool will collect the then-applicable membership or subscription fee and any taxes by charging a credit card The Motley Fool has on record for you without notifying you, unless notification is required by applicable law.
Amex OffersAmex Offers are an extra perk on all American Express credit cards, charge cards, and even prepaid cards. You can see these offers in your accounts in two forms. Either as a statement credit or extra MR points for spending a certain amount at a specific merchant. You will need to add the offer to a specific card, and then use that card to get the credit. To add offers to a card, log into your account online, scroll down to the “Amex Offers & Benefits” section and click “Add to Card” for offers that you plan to use. You should add the offer to your preferred card. Amex Offers are now limited to just one per person. You can use the Membership Rewards version and the statement credit version of the same offer. Check out this quick way to add all offers at once. For third party Amex cards you can use this new website, American Express Connect, to check for offers and also add them to your cards. See full list of Amex Offers here.
We saw a much better offer last year for Motley Fool. This time around you need to spend $499 for subscription to get a $150 statement credit. That’s not much of a deal on its own, unless you really want to sign up.
But it can get better with shopping portals. Hoopla for example is offering 85% back at The Motley Fool, but it is limited to $85 back. That’s still not enough to make it a good deal, but it could be worth keeping an eye out for better offers from similar shopping portals.
