There’s a new, probably highly targeted, Amex Offer that can save you 20% on Lowe’s purchases.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

A pretty good offer, but seems to be highly targeted. I don’t see it in my cards. It’s interested that they released a new offer, while there’s still two active Amex Offers for Lowe’s that should stack with this one if you have them in the same card.
