Chase Freedom Unlimited has anew targeted offer that can earn you up to 80,000 Ultimate Rewards points. It comes in the form of extra rewards for spending, 4X up to $20,000. That’s similar to the current signup bonus, but that only gets you 3X for same spend.

Eligibility
This product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of this credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of this credit card who received a new cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 24 months.
Also this card falls under the Chase 5/24 rule, so you will not be approved if you’ve had 5 or more new credit cards in the last 24 months. That’s any 5 cards, not just Chase cards.
Guru’s Wrap-Up
Earning 4% back on all purchases for a year is a great offer, but limited to $20,000 in spending and you need to have been targeted. On top of that you also need to be eligible. The bonus is even better if you combine a Chase Freedom Unlimited card with a Ultimate Rewards earning card. You can transfer the points and use them as Ultimate Rewards with a Chase Sapphire Preferred, Reserve, Business Ink Preferred or the old Ink Plus cards. With a Chase Sapphire Reserve card for example you can get a 1.5 cents per point value when booking through Chase portal. That makes this Chase Freedom Unlimited offer a 6% everywhere for a year.
