Chase is sending out emails to select Freedom cardholders with an offer to upgrade to Chase Sapphire Preferred for free.
New cardmembers applying for a Chase Freedom Unlimited or Freedom Flex credit card can earn a $250 bonus when doing so at a Chase branch.
New cardmembers applying for a Chase Freedom card can earn $200 and 5% cashback on gas. There’s also a different offer for the Chase Freedom Unlimited card that gives you an extra 1.5% on all purchases for the first $20K spending.
