Chase Co-Brand Cards, Extra Points for Gas, Restaurants & Grocery Purchases
Chase is targeting many customers who have one of its co-branded cards with offers to earn up to 7x points or miles for purchases at gas stations, grocery stores or restaurants. The offers vary by card, and were sent out by email. You can also check with your Chase co-brand cards here, to see if you are eligible. A similar offer was previously announced for Chase Marriott credit cards.
Offers
- Southwest Cards
- Earn 5X total on up to $1,500 in combined purchases per month at gas stations and grocery stores between August 1 and September 30.
- IHG Cards
- Earn 5X total on up to $1,500 in combined purchases per month at gas stations and grocery stores between August 1 and September 30.
- United Cards
- Earn 5X total on up to $1,500 in combined purchases per month at gas stations and grocery stores between August 1 and September 30.
- BA, Aer Lingus and Iberia Cards
- Earn 7X total on up to $1,500 in combined purchases per month at gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants between August 1 and September 30.
Offer Terms
- Must activate offer before using the card for purchases.
- Earn a total of 5x or 7x points.
Guru’s Wrap-up
You need to be eligible for these offers and also activate them before using your cards. The earning shown above for each card is the total amount you earn for your purchases. So if your cards earn 1X on groceries and you are targeted for a 5X offer, you will earn an extra 4X points for your grocery purchases.
