Offer Terms
- You must have a gross annual household income of at least $50,000. That’s waived if anyone if over 62 years old.
- Attendance at an approximately two-hour BVC timeshare sales presentation and tour is required to be eligible for this promotion.
- If an Explorer Vacation Package purchaser purchases a Bluegreen timeshare upon completion of the sales presentation and tour, the purchase price of the Explorer Vacation Package will be credited toward the down payment of the Bluegreen timeshare plan selected.
- Valid U.S. government issued photo ID (with matching addresses for those cohabitating), or valid passport for International guests, and a major credit card required upon check-in. A debit card is not considered a major credit card.
- Travel must be completed within 12 months of the issue date of the vacation package.
- Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate between $171.00 and $979.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, destination and vacation package offer, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. Verified retail value of promotional items offered is up to $750.00, unless stated otherwise.

Guru’s Wrap-up
Timeshare offers are good options to get a cheap vacation at select destinations. This Bluegreen Vacations timeshare offer gives you 18 cities to choose from. You get four days and three nights, plus 30,000 Choice Privileges points for $199. The points alone should be worth about as much as what you’re paying for this stay. But you should still try to negotiate a better deal during your phone call. You can ask for a lower price, or maybe even more points.
Keep in mind that you just need to sit through the presentation for two hours but they can’t force you to buy anything. But again, not everyone can say “no” over and over. And they make those deals sound pretty good. Sometimes too good. So if that’s something you’re not comfortable with, might be best to skip these timeshare offers.
