Earlier today I wrote about the 15th annual J.D. Power North America Airline Satisfaction Study. JetBlue and Southwest were tied for first first place and Alaska Airlines came in third. But Alaska Airline is claiming the title for the “Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Traditional Carriers in North America, Twelve Years in a Row.” To celebrate the achievement they are offering $12 Premium Class upgrades today only. Purchase a Premium Class upgrade for $12 on nonstop flights between the cities listed above. Premium Class upgrade must be purchased by 11:59pm (PT) on May 29, 2019. Valid on flights departing Monday through Thursday and Saturday from August 20, 2019 through November 13, 2019; not valid for flights departing on Fridays or Sundays. Qualifying flights must be marketed and operated by Alaska Airlines. Not valid on codeshare flights. Valid for new paid upgrades only.
