Offer Requirements

Here’s how to qualify for your $200 bonus:

1. Open an Everyday Checking account online (from this webpage only) by March 22, 2018.
2. Deposit at least $25 to fund your account.
3. Set up Direct Deposit and receive at least three consecutive monthly direct deposits of $500 each into your new account within 150 days.

Your $200 bonus will be deposited into your new Everyday Checking account within 45 days after eligibility and qualifications have been met.

Eligibility

Offer is available on most states, with some exceptions. Everyday Checking is the only eligible account for the $200 bonus. You cannot be:

• A current owner on a Wells Fargo consumer checking account
• A Wells Fargo team member
• A recipient of a consumer checking bonus in the past 12 months (limit one bonus per customer)
• A resident of AA, AE, AP, AS, GU, HI, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MP, NH, OK, PR, RI, VI, VT, or WV

Fees

The Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account monthly service fee is $10. The monthly service fee can be avoided with any one of the following each fee period:

• Maintain a $1,500 minimum daily balance $500 or more in total qualifying direct deposits
• 10 or more posted debit card purchases/payments from this checking account
• A linked Wells Fargo Campus ATM or Campus Debit Card.

There is a $5 monthly service fee discount when the primary account owner is 17 – 24 years old.

This is a nice bonus for a checking account, but you do need to make three consecutive monthly direct deposits of $500 each. The account also comes with a $10 monthly fee that can be waived with a $1,500 minimum daily balance or 10 or more posted debit card purchases/payments. The best part about this bonus is that it can be done online and it is available to everyone nationwide, as long as you haven’t received a  checking bonus in the past 12 months.
