• Open a new U.S. Bank Silver, Gold or Platinum Business Checking Account with the promo code AF49ZCB.
• Deposit $1,500 in new money within 30 days of account opening and maintain balance for 60 days.
• Enroll in the U.S. Bank Mobile App or U.S. Bank Online Banking within 60 days of account opening.

• Complete 10 qualifying transactions within 60 days of account opening.

Offer Terms

• The bonus will be deposited into your new U.S. Bank Gold Business Checking account within 45 days of settlement verification, as long as the account is open and has a positive balance.
• Bonus will be reported as interest earned on IRS Form 1099-INT and recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes. 

Eligibility
