TopCashBack is offering again 2.25% cash back on Amex Gift Cards, but it is still the same deal they offered three weeks ago, that basically killed AGCs as a MS option. Only Gift Cards with $25, $50, $100, $200 denominations are eligible for cash back.
With a $3.95 fee, the $200 Amex gift cards would have a cost of almost 2% and above that if you add shipping.
Other portals followed suit and placed the same limits on AGCs.
If you make a purchase, keep in mind
- Don’t use a Promo Code, it will cancel out the 2.25% cash back.
- Don’t use your Citi cards, they usually will get processed as cash advances.
