The promo code works on paid fares and awards, and can be used for up to 8 people on same booking.

30% Promo Code Details

The 30% off promo code will appear directly in Cardmembers’ Southwest.com account after meeting the qualifications. The 30% promo code discount is on base fare applied before taxes and fees and available for use until October 31.

The 30% promotion code savings valid for one-way or round trip Wanna Get Away®, Wanna Get Away Plus™, Anytime, and Business Select® fares booked on Southwest.com® by 10/31/2024, (the “Booking Period”). Promotion code savings is applied before government taxes and fees.

But it works on award fares as well. So if you book a flight for 50,000 Rapid Rewards points, you will get a discount of 15,000 points. And just like any SW promo code, you can use it for up to 8 people in a reservation. That can be a huge deal for big families.

Eligibility

The product is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapids Rewards® Credit Card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card who received a new Cardmember bonus within the last 24 months. This does not apply to Cardmembers of the Southwest Rapid Rewards Business Card and Employee Credit Card products.

These cards are also subject to the Chase 5/24 rule.

The Southwest Rapid Rewards program is geared towards budget-minded travelers who fly domestically, or to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Rapid Rewards members earn points for every dollar spent on Southwest flights and with the airline’s hotel, car rental and retail partners.
