- Go to Costco.com and click Sign in/Register
- Go to My Account and click Account Details
- Click Renew membership then select Auto Renew

This is an easy $20 and if you’re a Costco member already. Doesn’t look like you need to actually renew, just sign up for auto renewal. The offer should’t be targeted either.
