Choose between the $200 or $300 bonus,, depending on the account that you open. You can then earn $100 for opening a savings account and another $100 bonus on the anniversary date of your checking account opening. Here’s how it works:

• Checking bonus:
  • $200 bonus:
    • Open a Basic or Simple checking account
    • Make a recurring deposit of $500 or more within the first 60 days of account opening
    • Sign up for eStatements
  • $300 bonus:
    • Open an Absolute Checking® account
    • Make a recurring deposit of $500 or more within the first 60 days of account opening
    • Sign up for eStatements
• $100 savings bonus:
  • Open one of the above checking accounts AND open a savings account, money market account, OR a certificate with a 12 month or greater term within 7 business days of checking account opening
  • Deposit a total of $15,000 or more in new money into one of those accounts

Eligibility

Over available in PA only. To qualify for membership, you must live, work, worship, attend school, or volunteer in one of these counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, or Westmoreland.

• You can also qualify by being an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild) of a current or potential Clearview member.

Fees

• Simple Checking Account – $3 monthly fee can be waived with:
  • $500 in monthly direct deposits or
  • five monthly transactions
• Absolute Checking Account – $5 monthly fee can be waived with:
  • $10,000 combined balance per account number among all your Clearview deposits (savings, checking, IRAs and certificates)
  • $20,000 combined balance of your deposits and loans or
  • $5,000 or more in total direct deposits to your checking account during the month

A good bonus that can earn you up to $500 when you open a new checking and savings account. You can open an Absolute Checking account and make a $500 direct deposit within the first 60 days to get $300. Then open a savings account or money market account and deposit $15K and keep it in the account for 90 days. That gives you another $100 bonus. Their money market account earns 0.85%, so with the $100 bonus for 90 days you get a decent rate compared to most savings account out there. Then you get an automatic additional $100 bonus on the anniversary date of your checking account opening, for a total of $500.

The Absolute Checking Account has a $5 monthly fee, that will be waived the first three months since you fulfill the $10K+ requirement for all accounts combined. After that, you need a monthly direct deposit of $5K+ to waive it.
