Disney Visa
Earn 4% in Disney Dream Rewards Dollars on bills you already pay; Internet, Cable, Phone Service, Insurance, Utilities.

As mentioned above, these are targeted offers so you need to receive an email to be eligible. Spending periods will vary from April first to either June 30th or August 31st. Some offers require monthly spending while others just a total amount during promo period.
