Chase Freedom Unlimited, $300 Offer with $500 Spend (Targeted)

There’s a new offer available for the Chase Freedom Unlimited card and it’s the best we have seen. But this is a targeted offer being sent by email to some customers.

chase freedom unlimited 300 bonus

Chase Freedom Unlimited $200 Offer

  • EARN A $300 BONUS after you spend $500 on purchases in your first 3 months from account opening.

Card Details

  • 0% intro APR for 15 months
  • Unlimited 1.5% cash back (UR) on any purchase
  • No Annual Fee

This product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of this credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of this credit card who received a new cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 48 months.

This card falls under Chase’s 5/24 rule so not many people will be able to apply.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

Chase Freedom Unlimited actually earns Ultimate Rewards points so the bonus might be even more valuable than $300 as 30,000 Ultimate Rewards points. Freedom Unlimited must be accompanied but a UR card such as Sapphire Preferred or Ink Plus so you can convert cashback to UR points. That’s easily worth over $450 for most people.

While this is the best offer for this card, it’s not really a good signup bonus as far as credit cards go, especially Chase cards. You need to be under 5/24 in order to qualify for the bonus, but if you are, you’re better off at looking at other bonuses first and then maybe downgrade to Freedom Unlimited.

Anyone targeted? Would you apply for this bonus?

  1. I applied in Feb for the chase unlimited credit card on my cell phone. I got approved instantly. Chase has only giving me 150.00 not 300 as stated when I applied in the application,. I am trying to find the information so the can redeem,my extra credit.I would hope that they do this however they have not. I send information to the secure media Center. Nothing yet. Hopefully they will honor the other 150 dollars,
