To receive the above bonus, you must open an Affinity Business Basics Checking or Affinity Business Performance Checking account, in person, at an Affinity branch or on the phone with an Affinity representative. Within 90 days of account opening you must  conduct a minimum of 15 account transactions. Total transactions may be any combination of debit card transactions, mobile deposits (data and other wireless carrier charges may apply), remote deposit captures, online bill pays, or ACH transactions. Plus the following requirements for each bonus:
- Get $400 with a new Affinity Business Money Manager account with an average daily minimum balance of $50,000 between both accounts.
- Or $300 with an average daily minimum balance of $25,000.
- Or $150 with an average daily minimum balance of $5,000.
You can also get an extra $100 if you sign up for Merchant Services through Affinity and your deposit transactions are credited to an Affinity account. That’s probably not worth it for most people, unless you are looking for such a service specifically.

- Business Performance Checking account fee is not fixed. It’s based on an analysis that is done on the account each month. You get get a credit for things such as balances, deposits, etc, and you get charged for other things such as transactions, checks, withdrawals. So it could be free, or you could end up paying.
