Wyndham Rewards Launches Homes & Havens
Wyndham Rewards is expanding beyond traditional hotels with the launch of Homes & Havens, a new collection of vacation rentals where members can earn and redeem Wyndham points.
Announced October 29, 2026, the new platform launches with nearly 800 professionally managed vacation homes and villas across the United States, Caribbean, Mexico and Europe.
The properties range from beach houses and mountain retreats to luxury villas and condos. Wyndham plans to add more options in the coming months, including cabins, tiny homes and yurts.
The new Homes & Havens collection currently includes properties in destinations such as the Florida Keys, Colorado Rockies, the Carolinas, St. Barts and Mediterranean coastal areas. It is available through partnerships with property management companies such as Brightwild, Simpson Travel, StayTerra and Thousand Trails.

Earn and Redeem Wyndham Rewards Points
Wyndham Rewards members can earn 5 points per dollar on qualifying Homes & Havens bookings. Eligible stays also count toward Wyndham Rewards elite status.
Members can also redeem points for vacation rentals, with the following redemption levels:
- 15,000 points per bedroom, per night
- 30,000 points per bedroom, per night
- 45,000 points per bedroom, per night
Wyndham plans to introduce a lower 5,000-point redemption tier as the collection expands.

One important detail is that these rates are per bedroom, not per property. For example, a three-bedroom home at the 15,000-point level would cost 45,000 points per night.
Award bookings currently require contacting Wyndham Rewards Member Services at least 60 days before the stay. Points cover the base rental rate, but taxes, cleaning fees and other mandatory charges are extra.

Not every property is available for points redemptions, although Wyndham says most of the collection is. It also looks like some properties have a 3-night minimum requirement.
