Wyndham has sent out a nice offer by email to some of its Wyndham Rewards members. Through September 30, if you stay just one night, you can get 10,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points. The offer is targeted and you need to receive the email to qualify, but if you did receive it then it could be worth looking for a cheap Wyndham stay just to get the bonus.

Wyndham simplified its rewards program last year, so now you get a night anywhere for 15,000 points. This bonus put you pretty close. You can also go for these credit card bonuses that I posted recently. The annual fee card comes with a 45K bonus and with the $2K spending requirement, you’re already at 49K points.
