Chase Southwest Cards, Get 30% Bonus on points Posted by January 31
Southwest Airlines is targeting some Rapid Rewards cardholders with an offer to earn a 30% bonus on points posted to the account during the next four months. Here’s the offer:
- Earn 30% bonus points when you register and make purchases of at least $6,000 on your Rapid Rewards® Credit Card between 10/1/2020-1/31/2021 (“Promotion Period”), you’ll earn 30% more points as a bonus on purchases made on your Rapid Rewards Credit Card during the Promotion Period (up to 25,000 bonus points).
Based on the same offer from a few months ago, points count towards Companion Pass. Even credit card signup bonuses should qualify, if it works the same way as it did during previous offers.

This is the highest bonus offered from Southwest for posted points. The bonus offers applies to points posted through January 31, so it could be a decent option for those going after the Southwest Companion Pass. Earning it early in the year is the best way to maximize it.
