Southwest has launched a new targeted promotion for Rapid Rewards Credit Card holders that can boost your points earnings this summer. After registering, eligible cardholders can earn a 30% bonus on points earned from purchases made between July 1 and September 30, 2026. Even better, the bonus points count toward earning the valuable Companion Pass.

- Register now and earn 30% bonus points on purchases made between 7/1/26 and 9/30/26. Earn up to 20,000 points total. All points count toward Companion Pass®.

Important Terms
- To be eligible for this bonus offer, you must register between 7/1/2026 12:01 a.m. ET and 9/30/2026 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
- Use your Southwest Rapid Rewards® Credit Card to make at least $3,000 in purchases during the Promotion Period to earn 30% in Rapid Rewards® bonus points on total spend on purchases made on your Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card during the Promotion Period, up to 20,000 bonus points.
- The 30% bonus is in addition to the points you already earn with your Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card.
- The 30% bonus points will count toward Companion Pass® qualification but will not count toward A-List or A-List Preferred qualification.
- Please allow up to eight weeks after the end of the Promotion Period for the bonus points to post to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account.
- Purchases are when you, or an authorized user, use a Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card to make purchases of products and/or services; however, the following types of transactions won’t count as purchases: balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like transactions including, but not limited to: travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, other similar digital or virtual currency, and other similar transactions; lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, racetrack wagers, or similar offline and online betting transactions; person-to-person money transfers and account funding transactions that transfer currency, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.
