Southwest has a new promotion for select cardholders. If you have this offer in your accounts, you can earn up to 25,000 bonus tier qualifying points by using your credit card. Check out the details below.

Earn 500 bonus tier qualifying points toward 2023 status for every $1,000 you spend on your Rapid Rewards® Credit Card between 7/1-10/31/22. You can earn up to 25,000 bonus tier qualifying points per Rapid Rewards account. Must register for promotion.
Offer Terms
- To be eligible for this bonus tier qualifying points’ offer, you must register between 7/1/2022 and 10/31/2022 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period you will earn 500 bonus tier qualifying points for every $1,000 in purchases made with your Southwest Rapid Rewards® Credit Card, up to 25,000 bonus tier qualifying points per Rapid Rewards account.
- Please allow up to 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period for the bonus tier qualifying points to post to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account.
- “Purchases” do not include balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.
- Tier qualifying points are not eligible to use for redemption towards flights or with More Rewards.
