You need to purchase from January 5 through January 21, 2016, 11:59 p.m. for the respective time zone of the originating city and travel January 19 through May 25, 2016. There’s an exception for travel to/from San Juan, Puerto Rico which is valid January 19 through March 2, 2016, and March 29 through May 25, 2016. There’s restrictions on international travel as well. 14-day advance purchase required.
