Ebates/Rakuten reached out today to announce a new offering, cash back for restaurant purchases. Starting today, you can earn 5% Cash Back on your entire bill at more than 10,000 restaurants nationwide through Rakuten Dining. If you have a Membership Rewards Rakuten account this should mean 5X MR on dining.
The new offering in available only in the Rakuten app. Simply link a personal credit or debit card in the app, and then use the same card to pay when you dine at a participating restaurant. Rakuten Dining is available now only on the Rakuten app for iOS devices and coming soon for Android devices.
This service runs on the Rewards Network platform.
