- In order to receive the $15 credit to your statement, you must pay for a streaming service before April 30, 2020 using your PenFed Credit Card ending in XXXX in Merchant Category Code 4899.
- The statement credit will be applied to your account within 4 weeks after the end of the promotion period.
- Merchant Category Codes (MCC) are designated by the payment network. PenFed is not responsible for MCC assignments.
