Safeway will no longer accept VGC for money orders

JW Marriott Debuts in One of China’s Most Historical Cities with JW Marriott Hotel Xi’an

Designed by HBA Hong Kong, the hotel’s interiors reflect the over 3,000-year-old rich history of Xi’an, taking guests on a journey through time along the Silk Road through curated artworks and thoughtful details. In the arrival foyer on the first floor, a contemporary installation depicting an ancient carriage brings to mind the historical significance of Xi’an for travelers in centuries past. The hotel features 333 guest rooms, including 13 suites with modern amenities. Guest rooms are situated on the 25th to 37th floors of the hotel, all featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views overlooking the city. From the hotel lobby on the 38th floor, guests can enjoy panoramic views over Qin Ling Mountains, known as the “dragon’s vein of China.” Located on the 36th floor, the JW Executive Lounge is an exclusive private space for leisure and business guests to relax or get some work done.

Unruly passenger urinates on another on flight from JFK to India

An American Airlines passenger was taken into custody after a flight from JFK to New Delhi – and that wasn’t the only unruly passenger on a plane from a New York City-area airport on Sunday.

Local media reports indicate there was an argument on board between two passengers on American Airlines flight 292 that ended with one passenger urinating on another.

Spirit Receives 200th Delivery from Airbus

The new delivery is part of continued growth at Spirit. The airline introduced 14 new planes in 2022, with plans to add 26 new aircraft in 2023. Additionally, Spirit has a major first with the upcoming delivery of its first A321neo aircraft.

Spirit transitioned to an all-Airbus fleet in 2006, and currently operates one of the most fuel-efficient fleets in the industry with an average age of about seven years. The investments in new A320neo family aircraft with enhanced aerodynamics and the latest-generation jet engines are paying off with significant reductions in fuel burn, less emissions and lower noise levels.
