Update: I just received a batch of 10 emails at 10:35pm and I waited till pas 12am to try my luck. I was relived to see a 500 bonus points on my first attempt, but not so thrilled to see the same thing on the remaining nine. Seems like it’s working again.
Hopefully everything is back to normal.
