Use Up Your GroundLink Credits Before They’re Gone

I posted about a GroundLink deal recently where you could get $20 or $30 credit for almost any personal Visa credit card in your wallet. Many people with multiple Visa cards were able to get a few hundreds in ride credits with their cards. Now it looks like GroundLink might start adjusting the credit and reduce it to only $20 or $30 in total.

Here’s the text of the email that was posted by Doctor of Credit:

Dear GroundLink account holder,

While conducting an Audit of our promotional programs it has come to our attention that your Visa Infinite or Signature card has been submitted multiple times to receive multiple credits. Under our terms of service it states:

  • Upon card validation, U.S. Visa Infinite or Signature cardholders get one promotional credit that can be applied toward a GroundLink reservation booked with that card. Limit 1 promotional credit per card.

For this reason, we have adjusted your accounts to reflect the correct number of credits. If you have any questions please email CSSupervisor@groundlink.com .

I still have the full credit in my account, but I will try to use it as soon as possible. I would suggest you use it up also before it’s gone. With only a $20 or $30 discount GroundLink is still way too expensive compared to other services.

Well, my credits are still there. But effectively logged out of my account. My email has @@@ in front of it so the email is not recognized. Has been going on since I signed up for the Visa promotion on multiple cards.

      1. That’s only because you were able to link your account at the time of the ‘feeding’….lol There prices are a joke so they should at least honor those that did take the opp which was given and quite possibly ‘earn’ some of those ppls faith and possibly maybe use them but to no avail….se la vi
