Where to Get Your Free Donuts on National Donut Day

National Donut Day is here. This is a holiday celebrated on the first Friday of June of each year. This year it falls on June 3rd.

It was first created by The Salvation Army in Chicago in 1938 to honor members who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I. One of the best things to do for National Donut Day, is get sweet deals on these doughy pastries. And here you can find a list of stores that are giving free donuts or discounts.

Free Donuts on National Donut Day

• Cumberland Farms – Free donut of your choice between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. with the purchase of a hot or iced coffee or “Chill Zone” beverage.
• The Dapper Doughnut – Get a free box of powdered and cinnamon doughnuts with any purchase on 6/3/2022.
• Duck Donuts – Free cinnamon sugar donut on Friday, with no purchase necessary on 6/3/2022.
• Dunkin – Get a free classic donut with the purchase of any beverage on 6/3/2022.
• Krispy Kreme – Receive ANY doughnut (one) for free on National Doughnut Day 6/3. Plus get $1 Original Glazed® dozen with the purchase of any dozen or 16 ct minis.. Additionally, National Donut Day customers get a coupon to return to the store the following Friday, June 10, to receive a new mystery glaze donut.
• QuikTrip – Get free donut using the QT app.
• 7-Eleven – Buy one, get one free donuts from Friday through Sunday at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations.
• Shipley Do-Nuts – From 5 a.m. to noon on Friday, get a free signature glazed donut with any purchase.
• Thorntons – Get free donut on 6/3 with the Thorntons app.
• Tim Hortons – Buy-one, get-one donut from May 30 through June 5.
• Voodoo Doughnuts – Signature Homer, a raised yeast doughnut with strawberry frosting and round sprinkles, for only $1. The offer is available in-store only in the chain’s Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Texas locations.
