Earn More PQPs with Chase United Cards
United Airlines is helping customers to keep or elevate their status through their credit cards. Chase United MileagePlus Explorer and Chase United MileagePlus Club cardholders can earn even more Premier qualifying points from their card spend in 2020.
- For the promotional and existing benefit: PQP earned on eligible credit card spend will be awarded within 6 weeks of meeting the spend qualifications.
- EXISTING PQP Benefit: Explorer, Explorer Business, the NEW United Business Card, Club Card, Club Business Card, and NEW Club Infinite Cardmembers can already earn up to 1,000 PQP through credit card spend from January 1 – December 31, 2020. These Cardmembers can earn 500 PQP at $12,000 in spend and again at $24,000 in spend in the 2020 calendar year.
- ADDITIONAL PQP Promotion: Cardmembers may earn an additional 500 PQP for every $12,000 spent on new purchases between 5/1/2020-12/31/2020. See the chart for number of additional PQP you can earn. Since promotional PQP spend starts 5/1/20, you may see the award of additional PQP on a different MileagePlus statement than the earn for existing PQP.

Only the primary Cardmember is eligible for this PQP promotion. (“Net Card Spend” is spend based on card purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your account minus any returns or refunds, and do not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable). Purchases made by authorized users will qualify toward the primary cardmember’s Net Card Spend total but authorized users are not eligible for the PQP promotion.
