Dough is a commission-free trading app available in iOS and Android. It is partly owned by tastytrade, Inc. and led by Victor Jones, former director of Trading and Operations at TD Ameritrade. Dough has no commissions on stock and ETF trades, no account minimums and a live chat customer service feature. However it has limited charting tools that make it better suited for new or intermediate level investors. Another downside is the lack of desktop trading.
