Application Rules
The product is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapid Rewards® Credit Card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of any Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card who received a new Cardmember bonus within the last 24 months. This does not apply to Cardmembers of the Southwest Rapid Rewards Business Card and Employee Credit Card products.
These cards are also subject to the Chase 5/24 rule.

Companion Pass is one of the best deals in air travel. Every time you pay for a flight or book an award fare, your companion can fly with you for free. There’s no limit on how many flights your free companion can come along. You just need to pay taxes and fees for the free ticket. You can also change your companion up to three times a year.
If you were lucky to get targeted for this offer, you can have the Companion Pass till the end of 2021, just for completing $4,000 in spending. That makes it very easy to achieve, and you get 30,000 points as well.
