CLEAR Amex Offer: Get 100% Back, Up to $179

Check your American Express credit cards for an offer that can get you a free CLEAR membership. I saw this offer on my Amex Gold card, but maybe other cards have it as well. This is similar to the new benefit that was added to the Amex Platinum cards. Check out the details of the offer below.

This means that CLEAR will collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes by charging a credit card CLEAR has on record for you without notifying you, unless notification is required by applicable law. Amex Offers

Amex Offers are an extra perk on all American Express credit cards, charge cards, and even prepaid cards. You can see these offers in your accounts either as a statement credit or extra Membership Rewards points for spending a certain amount at an eligible merchant. You will need to add the offer to a specific card, and then use that card to get the credit. You should add the offer to your preferred card. Amex Offers are now limited to just one per person. You can use the Membership Rewards version and the statement credit version of the same offer. A great offer for those who have it and want to sign up for CLEAR. An annual membership costs $179, but you can also get it for less if you’re a Delta SkyMiles or United MileagePlus member. For $179 you can get two memberships.

Delta SkyMiles members can pay just $119 for an annual membership. If you have a Delta SkyMiles credit card, then you just $109. That same price is also available for Platinum, Gold, and Silver Medallion members. You can sign up for CLEAR as a Delta SkyMiles member here to get this discount.

Just keep in mind that this Amex Offer only works for one transaction, so it’s slightly different from the Amex Platinum benefit. It is also strange that Amex is even offering this, considering that it was touted as one of the reasons for the fee increase on the Amex Platinum Card.
