ChowNow Amex Offer: Spend $50, Get $10 Back

Check your American Express accounts for a new offer that can save you $10 on your food orders through ChowNow. The offer details in my account state that the offer is  valid for New York state restaurants only, but could be available for others as well. ChowNow started offering its services for free to New York area restaurants in December, as a way to support local businesses struggling to survive the impact of COVID-19 as well as a broken online ordering industry.

Offer

Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $50 in one or more transactions for New York restaurants via eat.chownow.com or the ChowNow app by 5/6/2021.

Offer Terms

• Excludes purchases made directly through restaurants, transactions made via individual restaurant apps, and flex delivery. Valid only on purchases made in US dollars. Offer is non-transferable. Limit of 1 statement credit per Card Member. The enrolled Card account must not be cancelled or past due to receive statement credit. Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 5/6/2021, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.

Amex Offers

Amex Offers are an extra perk on all American Express credit cards, charge cards, and even prepaid cards. You can see these offers in your accounts either as a statement credit or extra Membership Rewards points for spending a certain amount at an eligible merchant. You will need to add the offer to a specific card, and then use that card to get the credit. You should add the offer to your preferred card. Amex Offers are now limited to just one per person.
