Chase Travel Portal Adds Price Match Guarantee
🔃 Update (Mar 19, 2026) – I reached out to Chase for more information, and I was told via email by the media team that “Chase Travel recently introduced Price Match Guarantee, currently in beta to a select group of Sapphire Reserve for Business cardmembers. Cardmembers part of this pilot who find a lower rate for a prepaid hotel booked through Chase Travel and meet the criteria can submit a claim within 24 hours and receive a refund for the price difference. This feature will roll out to Sapphire Reserve consumer cardmembers.”
The email also said that they can’t share any “further details on timing, or availability for other cards.” Chase said it “will share updates when we’re able to.”
Original article (Mar 17, 2026) – The Chase Travel portal is now offering Price Match Guarantee. The new feature is showing for Chase Sapphire Reserve Business cardholders only for now.

The Price Match Guarantee feature is working on The Edit bookings as well. Hopefully we see this feature extended to Chase Sapphire Reserve and maybe Chase Sapphire Preferred as well.
