This is an offer that comes around often from Chase. You might see it when logging into your Chase credit card accounts or you might have received one in the mail. I received both. You can also purchase coupons on eBay.

The Checking part is the easiest bonus to receive. You will receive a $300 bonus for opening a checking account and $200 more for opening a savings account. The second part comes with a 15K deposit that you will have to keep it in the account for at least 90 days. Personally I will go for the checking only, since the return is very little on a 15K hold for the savings account.

The offer is available in branch only, but it is worth the trip since this is one of the largest checking bonuses around and with minimal requirements. Another good thing about this bonus is that it can be repeated every year.

Checking offer is not available to existing Chase checking customers, those with fiduciary accounts, or those whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance. You can receive only one new checking and one savings account opening related bonus each calendar year and only one bonus per account.
