This is the highest ever offer for this card, and the spending requirement is still $500. With that said, the Capital One Quicksilver Cash Rewards Credit Card is probably not the first card you should be looking at, especially considering that Capital One hits you with three hard pulls. There are other Capital One cards to check out first, such as Venture and Venture X.
