Capital One Rewards Can Now Be Redeemed for Gift Cards Again
On April 1st, I wrote about Capital One removing the option to redeem points for gift cards, while other redemption options remained available. Capital One reached out soon after to say that this was only temporary. Today they reached out again to say that the issue has been fixed and customers are once againĀ able to redeem rewards for gift cards.
Capital One knows that our customers value flexible rewards options, and as of April 29 we are able to once again offer the benefit of redeeming rewards for gift cards. Customers can use their rewards to redeem for gift cards from a variety of merchants through this option including Amazon, Walmart, Lowes and more.
Capital One continues to explore ways to give customers more value from their rewards, including expanding how Venture customers can now redeem their miles for eligible restaurant delivery, takeout and streaming service purchases from thousands of merchants.
