Marriott acquired the Postcard Cabins brand in 2024 and has now fully integrated their properties in the Marriott Bonvoy program. You can now redeem and earn Marriott Bonvoy points for stays at any of the 29 properties currently available. The news was first reported by Traveling for Miles.
Prices start at just $139 per night, or you can use as little as 29,000 points. The most affordable location seems to the be Postcard Cabins Asheboro in North Carolina. But rates can go as high as 80,000 points per night.
As you can see from the images, the cabins are small (about 150 sq. ft.) and don’t provide lots of luxurious amenities. They do offer ensuite bathrooms, workspaces, kitchenettes and also have air conditioning and heating. But the main focus is nature.
If you book these properties with cash, you will earn 10x Marriott Bonvoy points. Postcard Cabins stays also earn elite night credits at Marriott’s standard rate.
It’s worth noting the you will have to pay a destination fee of $35/night which gets you:
- Three bundles of firewood with starters
- A sโmores kit
- Four servings each of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate
- Two bottles of water
- Snacks for your adventure
