RESET Hotel Near Joshua Tree Joins Marriott Bonvoy
RESET Hotel in Twentynine Palms, California, has joined the Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy, becoming the first new brand added to the collection since it launched in September 2025.
The 65-room hotel sits on 180 acres of high-desert landscape just minutes from the north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. It is also the first hotel built from the ground up in Twentynine Palms in more than 15 years.
Guest rooms feature private patios with Solo Stove fire pits, daybeds and stargazing platforms. The property also offers outdoor soaking tubs, communal fire pits, a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge. Stargazing is a major focus, with Celestron telescopes and astronomy events led by former NASA and Jet Propulsion Laboratory astronomers.
RESET joins Postcard Cabins and Trailborn within Marriott’s Outdoor Collection, which focuses on nature-based stays that still include traditional hotel comforts. Now that the property participates in Marriott Bonvoy, members can earn and redeem points on eligible stays and receive applicable program benefits.
This is an interesting addition for Marriott Bonvoy members looking for something different from a traditional hotel or resort. Joshua Tree is already a popular destination for hiking, desert scenery and stargazing, and RESET gives members a new points option close to the park.
