Bilt Rent Day: Extended Double Points, IHG 100% Transfer Bonus and More
Bilt Rewards recently launched a monthly promotion called Bilt Rent Day. This is an opportunity for members to earn more points during the first day of every month, plus other promotions.
December 1st is almost here, so Bilt has revealed all the deals for the upcoming Bilt Rent Day. With it being the last Rent Day of the year, they’re making it a good one. The celebration kicks off early with Double Points earning for 7 whole days, meaning members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across all non-rent spend. But there’s more, such as an IHG transfer bonus, rent giveaway and SoulCycle promo. Check out all the details below.

Here are all the deals for this Bilt Rent Day:
Double Points for One Day
Members with the Bilt Mastercard by Wells Fargo will earn accelerated points across all non-rent spend starting November 25th, all the way through Rent Day on Thursday, December 1st, including:
- DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
- TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
- ALL OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)
Cardholders will receive double earnings up to 50,000 bonus points (up from the usual 10,000) from 12:01am ET on November 25th through 11:59pm PT on December 1st. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points.
IHG One Rewards 100% Transfer Bonus
On December 1st only, Bilt is offering a 100% transfer bonus to IHG One Rewards. That means for every Bilt Point transferred to IHG One Rewards, you will get 2 IHG points (100% more than you normally would at a 1:1 transfer rate). For example, transferring 20,000 Bilt Points would give you 40,000 IHG points. While it’s not the greatest use of Bilt Rewards, it is one of the best transfer bonuses you’ll find for IHG One Rewards.
To redeem, Bilt members must link their Bilt Rewards and IHG One Rewards accounts in the Bilt App on the “Rewards” tab under “Travel”. Bilt Blue members must transfer at least 2,000 Bilt Points while Bilt Silver, Gold and Platinum members can transfer a minimum of 1,000 Bilt Points. Points must be transferred in a single transfer on December 1, 2022 from 12:00am ET until 11:59pm PT.
IHG has a hotel nearly everywhere in the developed world you want to travel, and contains 17 hotel brands in its portfolio including the luxurious Six Senses, Intercontinental and Mr & Mrs Smith properties to the functional Holiday Inn Express. They also inked a new deal recently adding 70 beachfront resorts.
Point Quest
Play trivia and earn up to 350 Bilt Points on November 1st only. You need to get the Bilt app to play. Looks like there are different sets of questions this time around.
Rent Day Challenge: Win a Month of Rent

SoulCycle BOGO
Bilt Rewards is partnering with SoulCycle once again to host another day of Rent Day Rides on December 1st at 56 SoulCycle locations nationwide. Members can book a class and receive a complimentary bike for a friend. Members can reserve the special-themed class via Soul-Cycle.com, SoulCycle app or directly through the Bilt Rewards app when booking opens on Monday, November 28 at noon ET. Riders will also receive Bilt and SoulCycle branded swag and giveaways.

The double points promotion is a good opportunity to earn extra points for your spending, especially on dining and travel. And this time you have seven days to rack up points, instead of the usual 24-hours.
