Barclays Business Cards Upgraded to World Elite Mastercards

If you have a Barclays business card, then you are getting an upgrade. Many cardholders have received notice that their cards will be upgraded to World Elite Business Mastercard effective 10/1/2020. With this upgrade, come some changes. Some new benefits are being added and some are going away.

Once the cards becomes World Elite Business Mastercards, you get Cell Phone Protection, the Receipt Management Program, free ShopRunner , Mastercard Travel and Lifestyle Services, Mastercard Business Assistant, discounts on Intuit QuickBooks® and TurboTax®, Salesforce Essentials and Microsoft 365.

On the other hand, Extended Warranty, Mastercard VAT Reclaim Service, Purchase Assurance, and MasterAssist benefits will be removed as of September 30, 2020.
