Bank of America Business Advantage Cash Rewards Mastercard has a new bonus of $500. This is by far the best bonus we have seen on this card. The offer is targeted, but it showing up for many people on their online log in. Looks also possible to apply for more than one person through the same link, if you have one.

Card Details

Earn 3% cash back on your choice of one of the following six categories: gas stations (default), office supply stores, travel, TV/telecom & wireless, computer services or business consulting services.
Earn 2% cash back on dining.
Earn unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases.

You’ll get 3% and 2% cash back on the first $50,000 in combined choice category/dining purchases each calendar year, 1% thereafter.

Applying for the Card

Bank of America business cards are not reported to the personal credit bureaus.

There’s been some reports recently that Bank of America might require you to open a CD before being approved for a business credit card. They might also ask for proof of business.

There’s no direct link to apply. It was sent by email and includes a unique link that you can use to apply, if you were targeted.

Guru’s Wrap-Up

This is a pretty good offer as far as cash bonuses go, especially on business credit cards. It’s also a decent card for those six categories that earn 3%. But there’s better cards out there for gas stations, office supply stores etc.. If you qualify for a relationship bonus, then it could go as high as 5.75%. The regular bonus on this card is just $200 and we have seen offers for $300 and $350 in the past.
