Bank of America Business Advantage Cash Rewards Mastercard has a new bonus of $300. The card has recently been revamped with a different earning structure and cap.

  • Get a $300 statement credit when you make at least $3,000 in net purchases within 90 days of your account opening.

No annual fee.

Card Details

  • Earn 3% cash back on your choice of one of the following six categories: gas stations (default), office supply stores, travel, TV/telecom & wireless, computer services or business consulting services.
  • Earn 2% cash back on dining.
  • Earn unlimited 1% cash back on all other purchases.

You’ll get 3% and 2% cash back on the first $50,000 in combined choice category/dining purchases each calendar year, 1% thereafter.

Bank of America business cards are not reported to the personal credit bureaus.

There’s been some reports recently that Bank of America might require you to open a CD before being approved for a business credit card. They might also ask for proof of business.

A decent card for those six categories that earn 3%. But there’s better cards out there for gas stations, office supply stores etc.. If you qualify for a relationship bonus, then it could go as high as 5.75%. The regular bonus on this card is just $200 after $500 in spending, but this increased offer will get you $300 with $3,000 in spending. Not a tremendous offer, but could be worthwhile for some people who don’t have many other options.
