American Express has sent out emails to some cardholders with an offer to earn extra rewards at restaurants.

Offers

• Dine out and earn up to $50 in statement credits. Earn a $10 statement credit after you spend $200 in purchases on your card at your favorite U.S. restaurants, up to five times, by October 31, 2019.
• Dine out and earn up to 10,000 Hilton bonus points. Earn a 2,000 Hilton bonus points after you spend $200 in purchases on your card at your favorite U.S. restaurants, up to five times, by October 31, 2019.

Offer Terms

• Repeat up to 5 times for maximum bonus of $50 or 10,000 Hilton points.
• Ends October 31, 2019.

Guru’s Wrap-up

Great offers, depending on which cards were targeted. With the Amex Hilton Aspire Card for example you already earn 7x at restaurants. This offer would make it 17X points for $1,000 spend. The cashback offer would give you an extra 5% on top of whatever your card earn at restaurants. That should be a pretty good rate as well.
